A SPRING IN MY STEP
I've been wearing flats everyday for four weeks now. To some, it's no big deal but for a girl who has only recently discovered the joys of wearing sky high shoes, it's torture. I wasn't able to go to the doctor yesterday to get his blessing for me to step back into my heels, but my mom and I made a compromise and just removed the brace on my right ankle. That means I can finally stop rotating the 4 pairs of shoes that could fit my cast and get to maximize my collection of flats. :)
I saw the recent offering of local brand, Penshoppe, and this floral pair of flats just grabbed my attention. Doesn't it just scream summer?! And! It's perfect for my no heels phase. I can totally imagine myself wearing a bunch of summer outfits with this pair.
...that is, until they release (hopefully!) the wedges used in their ads. Let's admit it, the wedges look as fierce as Solenn Heussaff.
but, my ultimate dream spring/summer 2011 shoes will definitely be:
1. Fendi - It's either you love em or you hate em. Personally, I love it. I like the colors and I find the spaces between blocks (first photo) and the hanging heel (second photo) very cool.
2. Louis Vuitton - LV takes animal to another level, instead of animal print, they made use of the animal itself. Cute, right?! Check out the heel of the giraffe shoe!

3. Alexander McQueen - If these shoes don't add a spring in your step, I honestly don't know what will. The intricate design on each shoe exhibits the artistry the fashion house has been known for.
Literally and figuratively add some spring in your step with these spring/summer 2011 shoes. There are a lot of gorgeous shoes in various styles and colors to satisfy your shoe craving this season - just check out style.com. To my fellow Pinays, don't worry, I'll be blogging about more local shoes too ;)
