BE FIT & BEAUTIFUL WITH BEYOND YOGA & KRYOLAN

Like I said here, after Sexy Solutions, it was off to Beyond Yoga and Kryolan for Part 2 and 3 of our Fit,Sexy&Beautiful afternoon. :)

Beyond Yoga is your urban sanctuary featuring a main studio that can accommodate as many as 25 mats, and a separate studio for private classes.

Not only does Beyond Yoga offer yoga classes, they also offer dance classes. Here's Lala Iliao-Dinglasan before doing a demo of Belly Pop - a fusion of traditional belly dance and other dance forms such as jazz and hiphop. 

and the highlight: Anti-Gravity Yoga. I'm really excited to try this one, but as Eric and I were joking - we have trust issues. HAHAHA Fun fact, Rianna Gatus, the yoga teacher above, was the Vice-Rector during my Days With The Lord weekend. :)

 

For the Be Beautiful segment, we made our way to Kryolan - a German make-up brand.

she did a make-over for one of the bloggers present and this is the end result:

she did light day make-up using the many many products of Kryolan :)

with Eric Capacia of Fierce Blogs. I get really shy around new people sometimes so I was glad when I saw a familiar face and got to catch up too! :)

Thank you so much Sexy Solutions, Beyond Yoga, and Kryolan for such a fun and inspiring afternoon. Time to get in shape! ;)
