It's almost the end of the year again. Perfect time to look back on the year that was and at the same time plan on the year ahead. Time to check if you've accomplished the goals you've set for yourself and to figure out what you want for 2012 (and your life for that matter). Remember: if your dreams don't scare you, they're not big enough.
